Inspired by the jade stone, representing wellness, self-discovery, and prosperity, this extraordinary home channels these virtues into its very fabric. Nestled on the Gold Coast, the residence weaves global influences from the owners’ travels with a meticulous approach to texture, craftsmanship, and design, creating a home that is as personal as it is inspiring.
Material Mastery
A curated palette of exceptional materials defines The Jade House. Calacatta Borghini marble graces the kitchen and master bedroom, while Verde Green marble adds drama to the living room’s entertainment unit. The powder room dazzles with a showstopping Botanical Green Quartzite slab, framed by floor-to-ceiling tiles and metallic raffia wallpapers. Venetian plaster lends soft depth to walls and ceilings, complemented by custom Australian timber cladding and scalloped wall panelling, which bring an organic warmth to the design.
Bespoke Details
Bespoke craftsmanship elevates every corner of this home. The entry features a custom bronze Aldo Dining Table atop a bamboo silk rug, paired with handmade resin chandeliers suspended in a dramatic void. The living room’s Hestia Ocassional Chairs are accented by a travertine coffee table. Elsewhere, every detail has been considered, from the tan velvet bedhead and European bedside tables in the master suite to the encaustic tiles and art deco-inspired wall lights in the powder room. Throughout, brushed brass fittings, layered textures, and artisanal finishes create a unified yet distinctive aesthetic.

The thoughtful layering of design elements ensures that every space within The Jade House feels distinct yet intrinsically connected. Luxurious rugs serve as a foundation, grounding each room with texture and warmth, while textured wallpapers introduce depth and intimacy. Large-scale artworks amplify the home’s personality, acting as striking focal points that bring character to each space. Custom lighting adds both functionality and atmosphere, with brass accents subtly framing the rooms and casting a warm, ambient glow.
